TRL Mentioned in Time Magazine
In a special report covering what’s new for 2007, Time Magazine discusses the final book in the Harry Potter series. They mention that the fandom lives on, indicating the wizard rock scene and in particular, The Remus Lupins. In explaination of what they call a “movement,” they say that ““Wizard rock†bands like the Remus Lupins (the album is Spells from a Broken Wand) make Potter-themed music.” Check it out here!

I love it, and kudos to Mr. Carpenter, but it really is such a random mention in a very, very short article (not that it isn’t well deserved, mind you). Perhaps the writer is someone within the fandom?
I like that they ID’d WR as something that will last long after the books are done, since we’ve all be prognosticating about that for a while- which also makes me believe that someone over at The Times is an hp superfan!
…bet they listen to SpinnersCast too.
…and they love cuppycakes.
