While I agree with the multiple wizard rockers out there, in saying that Wrock is (and should be) a non-competitive genre, we don't really have to get all up in arms about this Top 10 list. MTV is a music magazine, and it is its right to publish a list of what it feels are "the best" artists of whatever genre it chooses. This list, while potentially hurting some of us (including our band) who aren't on it, IS helpful for outsiders (who may not even be into Harry Potter) to get introduced to the genre. I think we can all agree that the bands on the top 10 list ARE great bands. I don't agree with everything on the list, but neither do I agree with a lot of Oscar, or Grammy Awards. Let’s please just move on with our lives. Just to add my thoughts. . .
