#WrockWednesday Gets Split Seven Ways

Okay, so the day isn’t being split, per se, but we are focusing on the Wizard Rock band by that name: Split Seven Ways!

Split Seven Ways, a solo effort of the lovely Zoe, is one of the highest producing bands in Wizard Rock. The only bands I can think of with an amount of music to compare with hers are some of the first bands to come about years before Zoe broke into the Wizard Rock world. Fortunately for us, Zoe produces not only a high quantity of music, but rocking the high quality as well!

Recently, Zoe spent some time in New York and that general area and had the opportunity to perform with Mary Beth of Nagini. So take some time today to enjoy some Split Seven Ways and some collaborative performances as well!

    Zoe’s so fantastic. :D

I love Split Seven Ways! I’ve downloaded all of her free albums (she is sooo generous with the free music). Her lyrics are amazing, so poetic, deep and insightful. She really gets right to the heart and soul of the characters. I also love how many of her songs are about more minor characters who don’t generally get too much attention. I also highly recommend her electronic side project Malfoy Manor. It’s really great!

Don’t forget her other side project, Pansy & the Gossip Queens!
