Brand New Song from Talons & Tea Leaves

The collaboration between Catchlove and Oliver Boyd & the Rememberalls has come out with another fabulous song. It’s called “No Matter How Far (I’ll Love You).” It’s another wizard rock love song you’ll be sure to enjoy, this one about Bill Weasley and Fleur Delacour. Stop by their MySpace and give it a listen. You can find the lyrics in the band’s most recent blog entry.

This is my favorite one of your songs so far, Christian and Jace. I love it! It helps that it’s downloadable too. Lol. I can’t wait to hear more music from you guys as a group and separately (but Christian, you should really get working on the OBatR album. I want it). :)

What I love about this song is that it combines Jace’s aptitude for a beautiful piano meledy and Christian’s soft voice. That combination melts me into a puddle of goo. I mean the guys are incredible separate, but together WHOA…

Thanks for the kind words! Though I have to correct (cuz it’ll drive me crazy if I don’t :P ), I did all the music for this tune. Jace wrote the verse lyrics, and I wrote the chorus and bridge lyrics.

It’s really the way we seem to work well together. Jace is always down with whatever music I bring to the table, so I’ve been making all the music. Though on our first song, “The Sorting Hat”, Jace did the drums/beat for the verses. :)
Jace has a way of always coming up with cool verses, no matter what music I make for Talons & Tea Leaves :)
    Thanks again!
