Bands of the Month for April Are No Joke!
Due to the nature of the twins’ birthday, I felt it would be better to wait to make the Band of the Month announcement (unlike solo bands such as the two Harry & the Potters and “the Snapes”, *cough cough*). So without further ado, the Bands of the Month for April are…
The Weasel King and Split Seven Ways!
The Weasel King is responsible for such mind-blowing songs as “Luna,” “Red Hair,” and “Follow the Red Sparks,” along with the hilarious videos “The Stupid Waste of Time Show” and Harry Potter’s Sandwich Shoppe.” Based in St. Louis, Missouri, he has just passed his first wrock-iversary! Go listen to everything he has ever done. Right now.
Meanwhile in the UK, Zoe of Split Seven Ways has made a name for herself as one of the most prolific wizard rockers in the community (even though she only started the band in July 2007 “after almost a week of crying” over Book 7). She has already released three albums, two EPs, and contributed to two compilations as well as creating the Wrock Beat! compilation project, and began two more wizard rock bands, Malfoy Manor and Pansy & the Gossip Queens.
Now, venture out and listen to these two amazing wrockers!

Prolific is indeed the word for Zoe! She is indeed non-stop in her dedication to the wrock.
I’m surprised that WK hasn’t been named yet, but he definitely deserves it as well. He’s an inspiration to me as both a wrocker as well as a music fan in general.
